Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Remote Event
Coordinator to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will
work closely with experienced travel coordinators to plan and
coordinate travel arrangements for our clients. We welcome
applicants with no prior experience or degree in event
coordination, but who possess strong organizational skills,
excellent communication skills, and a passion for
travel.Responsibilities:
Assist in researching and booking
travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and
transportationCollaborate with clients to understand their needs
and preferencesCommunicate regularly with clients, vendors, and
team members to ensure that all aspects of travel are being
coordinated effectivelyAssist in managing travel budgets and ensure
expenses are tracked and reported accuratelyDevelop and distribute
travel itineraries to clientsAssist in resolving any issues or
concerns related to arrangementsParticipate in evaluating travel
success and provide feedback to the team and clients for future
improvementsRequirements:
Strong organizational and project
management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal
skillsAbility to work effectively in a remote team
environmentFamiliarity with travel booking systems is a plusAbility
to work independently and take initiativeFlexibility to work
