Specialist, you are responsible for supporting Client technology
and services for NetApp employees located in Windsor, UK Netapp
location as well as remote support for the other geographic regions
where NetApp resides. -This includes but not limited to
Desktop/Laptop break/fix, reimaging, troubleshooting, Audio/Visual
Conference Room support including some event support, desk & mobile
phone support. Additionally you may be asked to assist with
telecom, switch, network, idf racking---etc in the local office
infrastructure changes required at location. You may also travel
between locations to provide onsite support, training, and issue
resolution. -This is an internal user-facing role where your skill
at maintaining and developing relationships with internal customers
is crucial.Job Requirements --- - - -Excellent communication

specialists and cross-functionally with other technical team

sites for installations, troubleshooting, user training, and

telecom environments.Essential Functions: -The Regional IT
Specialist's role is part of NetApp's IT function and is
responsible for a wide range technical support tasks in the EMEA
region. - The essential functions of this role include:--- - -
-Laptop/Desktop Break-Fix, Remote Desktop Support, ---- - -
-Support OS, variety of applications, security agents/services, and
hardware issues for users (MAC OS, Windows, IOS, Android)--- - -
-Work with IT Infrastructure teams to setup and maintain existing
infrastructure environments and assist with local changes. ---- - -
-Provide user training and education.--- - - -Reimaging with Data
transfer a requirement--- - - -New HW delivery and setup--- - -
-Printer installation and troubleshooting--- - - -Conference room
support, maintenance and project assistance refreshing
technology--- - - -Knowledge of Office 365 application usage
critical--- - - -Knowledge of ITIL processes with a focus around
Incident, Problem and Change Management.Responsibility and

this individual is responsible for are a mix of regular and
unstructured; and assignments are moderate in scope.o - -

verbal and interpersonal skills to share their experience and
ideas. - -Education --- - - -A minimum of 3 years of direct
experience is required. -5 years + of direct experience is
preferred. ---- - - -A Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree required;
Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical
field is preferred; or equivalent experience. -Did you
