Sky Health Services is a medical practice open to adults 65 years and older.The providers and staff at Sky Health Services are passionate about treating older adults. We are inspired by the wisdom and life experiences of older adults, and believe in the dignity and vitality of aging.We serve patients in the Boulder/ Denver area, including but not limited to Louisville, Lafayette, Longmont, and Broomfield.- Full-time or part-time opportunity for Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatric physician - Practice currently has 4 physicians & 6 advanced practice providers, plus a psychotherapist and pharmacotherapist- FTE will be inclusive of outpatient clinic hours and SNF rounding with a flexible schedule - rounding is within senior living/retirement communities, one within walking distance and the other is a 10 minute drive- Team based care approach - each provider has a dedicated MA- EMR - Elation- Licensing & DEA fees reimbursedVery competitive base salary with productivity & quality bonuses.
