Job Description:
Overview
St Julien Hotel & Spa is looking for highly motivated and reliable
House Attendants whose primary responsibilities are to maintain
high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, guest corridors, and
Associate work spaces in accordance with St Julien Hotel & Spa's
standards.
Essential Job Functions:
-Clean all mirrors, counter tops, window sills, A/C vents, brass,
elevator doors and tracks, signs, and displays on all floors as
assigned on a daily basis
-Empty all trash and linen bags periodically during each 8-hour
shift, lifting 20-50 lbs.
-Assist with supply receiving and stocking, and lifting boxes
and/or buckets up to 50 lbs.
-Operate buffer machines when assigned to polish and/or strip
floors
-Deliver and pick-up all guest requested items within 10
minutes
-Empty Room Attendants' vacuum bag as needed
-Sweep and mop assigned service areas and linen closet floors
daily
-Clean vending machines and floors in vending areas
-Supply linen for Room Attendant linen carts as needed
-Maintain standard number of supplies in linen closet
-Move furniture as assigned in rooms, transport rollaway beds, and
turn mattresses
-Report damage to property and report needs to immediate
supervisor
-Empty trash in public areas, Front Desk, Concierge, and bar
area
-Check all exterior of Hotel for trash, wall marks, etc.
-Sweep/mop all stairwells and service elevator landings
-Stock Housekeeping carts with supplies and assist other
Housekeepers with VIP rooms
-Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
