project deliverables. We are looking to add a Project Support
Specialist with 1-6 years of experience to join our Boulder,
Colorado team that will add to our culture and fully embrace our

proactivity, planning, implementation, writing, and organization.
During your tenure with us, you will work on various projects
across Federal agencies. Those who have fulfilling careers here get

or in Operations, you will work in meaningful ways to create
results for the government.
About the Role:
You will provide strategic planning, business process improvement,
project planning, stakeholder engagement, and digital
communications support for one of our research and development
(R&D) government clients. The role is an opportunity for you to
join an energetic consulting team and make a difference by
increasing capabilities in the federal landscape. -
Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Quickly establish, develop, and foster positive rapport with
federal government clients in a professional, creative
environment
Effectively and independently develop deliverables; ability to get
started with little direction and take the lead -
Continue to craft a personal brand and nurture established and new
relationships with stakeholders, supervisor, and team members
Collaborate with a dedicated and diverse consulting team and
encourage creative solutions -
Push and guide team members to hit goals set by project manager and
meet deadlines
Create an approachable environment and assist with trainings
necessary for team member development
Support strategic program and project management initiatives as
directed by the Project Manager such as developing program
charters, SOPs, project plans, project dashboards, and impact
assessment dashboards.
Support stakeholder engagement initiatives such as meeting design
and facilitation, event planning and execution, webinars, and
virtual / in-person engagement events. -
Support strategic and digital communications initiatives -
Conduct legislative and policy analysis as needed
Identify efficiencies or tools to improve existing or new
organizational processes
Evolve into a subject matter expert and master required skills

Spearhead 'action planning' and implement new, creative initiatives

You will work as part of a dynamic team at the client site in
Boulder, Colorado. -
Required Experience/Skills:
Bachelor's Degree and 1-6 years of experience in project/program
support -
Previous experience with strategic planning, project planning,
business process improvement, stakeholder engagement, strategic
communications, and/or legislative and policy analysis -
Direct experience working on a daily basis to advise senior level
clients
Creative thinker with the ability to translate complex information
into manageable pieces
Receptive to all forms of feedback from clients and colleagues, and
proactive to make changes
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
Skilled in problem solving with a flexible approach towards
stakeholders -
Demonstrates an unflappable attitude even when faced with changes
or adversity
US citizenship or permanent resident with the ability to pass a
government public-trust clearance or suitability
Preferred Experience/Skills:
