Job Description:

Are you a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent with experience in leading ground-up multifamily and commercial projects? Run/manage commercial and multifamily construction project from start to finish
Direct subcontractors to achieve project on schedule and within budget
Maintain quality and safety standards
Mentor and manage team members
Create and maintain partnerships with customers, contractors, and suppliers
Completed 3+ Multifamily projects as a lead superintendent
-Strong knowledge in computer construction and scheduling software
- Ability to travel for mountain projects
