Job Description:
The Denver based Superintendent coordinates site activities
including trade and field personel in order to complete multifamily
projects on time and within budget. They are in charge of
maintaining quality and safety practices. Client DetailsOur client
is a Colorado Springs based General Contractor with a nationwide
presence and 35% of their work in Denver. They are a culture

policies.DescriptionKey Responsibilities for the Denver
Superintendent
- Run/manage commercial construction project from start to
finish
- Direct subcontractors to achieve project on schedule and within
budget
- Maintain quality and safety standards
- Mentor and manage team members
- Conduct weekly foreman and safety meetings
- Create and maintain partnerships with customers, contractors,
and suppliers
- Develop site utilization and logistic plans
- Demonstrate a leader's positive attitude and
professionalismProfileThe Denver Based Superintendent:
- Ground up commercial construction experience
- 3+ years of experience in the construction industry as a
commercial/ multifamily construction superintendent
- Strong knowledge in computer construction and scheduling
software
- Ability to travel for out of state assignments. This is a
Denver based opportunity but some travel may be necessary.Job
OfferCompetitive salary & bonus opportunity based on experience
(Usually between $90,000 - 125,000)
