Breakdown The Media Coordinator's responsibilities include
facilitating the execution and management of all media campaigns,
as well as assisting in the preparation of campaign performance
reports and analysis. They will assist with media research,
reports, record keeping, the evaluation of new media opportunities
and advertising placements. They will also respond to various
internal/client needs and requests. In addition, this position
requires responsibilities in ad operations that include managing
the ad trafficking process across a wide range of digital media
tactics for our entire client roster. Responsibilities Manages
digital creative trafficking process, including implementation of
tracking pixels and UTMs, campaign setup in ad server platforms
(ex. Google Campaign Manager), creative uploading, and digital tag
management Responsible for troubleshooting and quality assurance of
digital ad campaigns Participates in media planning strategy
meetings with team members and helps research new ideas for media
plans Works closely with Media Planner to develop, execute, and
maintain media plans Prepares and updates flowcharts, insertion
orders, MBAs, POVs and other internal and external documents as
needed Provides media/client teams with regular digital &
traditional reporting and metrics. Comfortability reporting data
accurately, calculating and understanding media metrics, and
compiling information in presentation decks Documents all
negotiations, makegoods and credits Monitors/processes client
billing; checks and reconciles vendor invoices; resolves any
related issues, with Media Planner oversight Responsible for
compiling and summarizing all media proof of performance Tracks
media expenditures to ensure agency and client budget compliance
Keeps up with latest trends/events in advertising and client
related industries, shares with department Participates and/or
helps schedule vendor meetings for the department Maintains
relationships with media partners and internal teams Helps Media
Planner/Supervisor respond to vendor emails, calls and meeting
requests Attends agency and departmental training and events
Requirements Bachelor's degree Ability to commute to the office 2x
per week; this role is based in Denver and will be a hybrid
in-person and remote Organized and detail oriented, ability to
manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication
skills, both written and verbal Strong mathematical and analytical
abilities Experience developing spreadsheets, managing large
amounts of data and digital files Preferred Bachelor's degree in
marketing or related field Agency internship, or 6 months of media
buying/planning experience Experience working with agency
accounting systems and/or other media planning and media research
specific software, including MS Office programs Familiarity with ad
tech platforms, preferably Google Campaign Manager, Google Tag
Manager, Viant (Adelphic) and/or The Trade Desk DSPs What's In It
