Our proprietary LightDeck-- platform combines an advanced laser waveguide with novel materials and patented manufacturing techniques to deliver lab-quality results anywhere, in minutes. We are introducing a portfolio of in vitro diagnostic panels; the first is an on-the-spot test for COVID-19. The LightDeck platform is currently commercialized in veterinary diagnostics and for environmental testing.Job DutiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for Quality Control of one or more products. This position will require hands-on routine analytical testing and working in a cGMP regulated environment. The QC technician will participate in inspection and experiment planning, execution, and data analysis. The position requires excellent documentation and results communication skills. This position reports to the Laboratory QC Lead.* Perform assay performance quality control for manufactured lots of disposable cartridges.* Process release or rejection of materials and product in accordance with LightDeck procedures* Generate calibration for manufactured lots of disposable cartridges.* Conducts routine and non-routine analysis, including but not limited to biochemical and chemical analysis of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products according to established operating procedures* Experience in a regulated environment (FDA, Quality Systems, ISO 13485 2016)* Calibrates and maintains lab and analytical equipment * data for compliance to specifications and reports abnormalities * May assist in approval or rejection of materials at LightDeck in accordance with established procedures* Good written and oral communications.
