Job Description: Lead CVT position available at our AAHA-accredited small animal hospital in beautiful Boulder, Colorado! Utilize your skills and learn more at our busy 3 doctor practice. Previous examples include Top Golf, Rockies games, Boulder's rec kickball league, and an annual summer picnic at Boulder Reservoir.Compensation for this role is between $24-26/hr, depending on experience. Applicant should be knowledgeable in anesthesia, nursing, radiology, lab work, dental care, and surgical prep & monitoring.This is a position that requires certification in veterinary technology. Applicants must have a valid CVT or LVT license. This is a leadership role that involves working with the medical director and hospital manager to bring about positive changes and make a long lasting impact on the business. Specific roles to the position include, but are not limited to, onboarding and training technical staff, conducting technician performance evaluations, creating the tech schedule, maintaining equipment, and ordering inventory and supplies.
