Job Description:
SciTec, Inc. is a dynamic small business with the mission to

instrumentation capabilities in support of National Security and
Defense. We support customers throughout the Department of Defense
and U.S. Government in building innovative new tools to deliver
unique, world-class data exploitation capabilities. SciTec is
seeking a Program Planning Scheduling Analyst for an agile software
development program executed from our Boulder, CO office. The
Program Planning Scheduling Analyst responsibilities include:
- Implementation of standard processes and tools, and program
planning and control practices
- Understand principles, theories and concepts of scheduling and
demonstrates the ability to perform professional tasks
- Can input data & status schedule, update and maintain MS
Project files, updates and maintain Tier one schedule, and
understands MS Project Global files
- Can can prepare and deliver the Program Integrated Master
Schedule (IMS) deliverables in accordance with the contract
- Can prepare data that provides the visibility needed for
internal/external reviews, meetings, and audits
- Monitors Program IMS to ensure the program's Performance
Measurement Baseline (PMB) supports the Program execution plan and
ensures cost/schedule integration
- Provide interface/support to program office and team leads to
identify internal and external dependencies, milestones, and
deliverables The following minimum qualifications are required for
the position:
- Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related
professional experience
- Earned Value Proficiency including the Earned Value
Guidelines
- Agile EVMS knowledge
- Knowledge of government program budgeting and forecasting
Candidates who have one or more of the following skills will be
preferred:
- Overhead Persistent InfraRed (OPIR) ground processing domain
knowledge
- Active DoD Final SECRET clearance or higher As a small

performance bonus plan. The salary range for this position is
$70,000 to $120,000; however, SciTec considers several factors when
extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to, the
role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work
experience, education/training, and key skills. This is not a
