You will work closely with our Lending team to deliver comprehensive solutions that exceed client expectations.If you are passionate about providing exceptional service to clients and are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply for this position today.What You Will Do:Provides support to Relationship Bankers by completing the underwriting and analysis for consumer and less complex commercial loan requests, in addition to client outreach for document collection, coordinating loan application, processing, approvals and closings.Responsible for the general administration and maintenance of the loan portfolio.Monitors past due report, maturing loans, file exceptions, and covenants requirements.Assist with loan closing documentation, client packets, loan renewals, and onboarding of clients.Assists in identifying and securing new lending opportunities for existing clients, and introducing other bank products to help solve client needs.May manage a book of business regarding less complex relationships.Facilitates loan renewals and less complex lending requests.Primarily responsible for maintenance of client relationships, including completion of annual loan reviews.Maintain current knowledge of and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, policies and procedures.Know and comply with all Company policies set forth on the Company's Intranet;Review Associate Handbook and Company Policies annually, as prescribed by Human Capital;Complete and Comply with the Companies Code of Ethics and Conflict of Interest Questionnaire and Policy Acknowledgement;Complete all assigned training on time.Embrace and adhere to First Western's Core ValuesOther duties as assigned.What You Bring:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional Excel skillsExperience working with banking and credit softwareExperience with CRM preferredHigh initiative and follow-throughAbility to work independently and with a teamExcellent written and verbal communications skillsAble to organization, prioritize and multi-taskSelf-starterStrong mathematical skillsAbility to work effectively with internal and external contacts.Education Level Education Details Required/PreferredBachelor's Degree, Business, Finance or other related field preferred, RequiredExperience Level Experience Details Required/Preferred3-5 years, Lending, credit administration, and/or banking, RequiredLicense/Certification Details Time Frame Required/PreferredNMLS Upon Hire, RequiredWhat You Receive:At First Western, we pride ourselves on our culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning.
