Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE - -
We are looking for a learning consultant with experience
facilitating leadership development programs and events to leaders
and executives. The ideal candidate must be able to establish
rapport and credibility with leaders and executives, earning their
trust and respect. This entails excellent interpersonal skills,
active listening, and understanding of leadership concerns and
priorities. Moreover, the facilitator should be well-versed in
adult learning principles, understanding how adults learn best and
tailoring their approach accordingly. They must create an engaging
and supportive learning environment, encouraging participation and
discussion while promoting a sense of safety and openness among
participants.
The ideal candidate should be adaptable to both in-person and
virtual settings, leveraging technology like Zoom effectively to
facilitate engaging and interactive sessions. This position also
collaborates in the design of leadership development programs.
Overall, this role demands an engaging and skilled facilitator who
can collaborate effectively with peers, leaders and executives to
create and deliver leadership development to healthcare leaders and
executives across our ministry.
Qualifications
ESSENTIAL KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - -
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS -
Required Education and Experience -Bachelor's degree in
Organizational Development, - Organizational Psychology, Education,
or related field or four years of additional experience as a
practitioner experience is - required -
Master's Degree in related field is highly preferred.
JOB DESCRIPTION - -
Five (5) - seven (7) years of learning and organizational -
development related experience in a large, multi-site, -
geographically dispersed organization. - -
Prior external or internal consulting, individual assessment, -
engagement, organization design and organization - development,
performance improvement, whole systems or - large scale change,
measurement and analysis background is - highly preferred.
Required Licensure and CertificationsCertifications in leadership
development/teaching, coaching, change, - individual and
organizational assessment, and other related programs - is
preferred. Examples include Crucial Conversations, Myers-Briggs -
Type Indicator, Birkman Assessment, KornFerry Voices 360 -
Assessment.
