A highly-respected commercial construction company is seeking a Superintendent to join their organization. This company develops a wide range of projects, typically in the minimum of $5M - $50M range. Focusing on client relationship building they pride themselves on repeat business and developing long lasting relationships with their clients.Our company offers a full range of services with expertise in all sectors of the construction industry. Areas of focus are Multi-Family Housing, Commercial, and Remodel.- Myriad of Historical Renovations, Small/Unique, and Repair Projects Ranging from Blackhawk to Ft. • Ground-up experience and remodel -
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or related field, plus four years of commercial construction experience; or the combination of education and experience to meet the essential functions of the position
• 5 Years experience, 2 years as Assistant Super - -Familiarity with Procore, Microsoft Office
