Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Systems Analyst responsible for
defining system scopes and supporting IT fulfillment and help desk
programs.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to stakeholder inquiries and assist with hardware or
software issues
Research and monitor end-user applications and recommend
improvements for user satisfaction
Document procedures and manage international shipping and
technology budgets
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant
experience, or a combination of experience and education
Experience in documenting processes and procedures
Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Experience in computer management, including imaging and
customization for users
