read on! YOUR TYPICAL DAY AS A PARTS COUNTER SPECIALIST As a Parts
Counter Specialist , your day begins by greeting customers with a
warm smile, helping them find the right parts to keep their
operations running smoothly. You use your expertise to identify and
recommend products, meeting their specific needs. Throughout the
day, you maintain the retail area, ensuring everything is clean and
organized. You follow established procedures to handle customer
issues promptly and effectively, and you collaborate with your team
to keep inventory well-stocked. Each interaction is an opportunity
to build lasting relationships and contribute to our mission of
making farming easier. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU 1 years' experience in
the agriculture parts business High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer relationship skills Proficiency using Microsoft
Office and the Internet Ability to listen effectively and interpret
customer needs Physical ability to stand, climb, bend for extended
periods, lift 50 lbs regularly, and spend extensive hours on a
