Job Description:

An insurance provider has an open position for a Remote Insurance Service Desk Representative I.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Receiving service requests and provides first level of support based on established ticketing priority level
Diagnosing/resolving simple troubleshooting customer incidents, including unlocking user accounts and helping with password resets
Escalating moderately complex to complex incidents appropriately to others on the team or specialized IT teams
Qualifications Include:

Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience
Analytical skills and ability to identify problems and prepare solutions
Good understanding of how computers and software applications work
Ability to work in a team setting, as well as independently
Ability to organize information and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, including documentation
Ability to maintain confidentiality
