About the Role: As the Regional Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in contributing to the growth and revenue of our partnership product(s) of Buckley Fence. Buckley Fence, a client of kab agency, was founded in 2007. Buckley Fence is the first and only manufacturer of powder-coated steel board fencing on the market today. It offers horse and animal safety, environmental friendliness, a beautiful aesthetic, and no maintenance for up to 50 years. This product is revolutionizing the massive fence industry and has nearly unlimited growth potential.As a Regional Sales Representative for Buckley Fence, you will play an important and critical role in the achievement of mutual goals set out by kab agency and Buckley Fence. You will be responsible for generating revenue with integrity, thoughtfulness and strategy. You will be a front-line ambassador for the Buckley Fence brand and treat all customers with professionalism, kindness and respect.You'll be joining the team during a period of rapid growth, so at first your role will require wearing more hats and being more versatile, adaptable, and creative. Your role will likely evolve over time and become more specialized to the aspect of this role that brings you most to life. The ideal candidate will be excited by the opportunity to join the ground floor of a team selling a product with the potential to laterally disrupt the entire fence industry, and to bring the creativity, initiative, and gusto to turn that growth potential into reality.A typical day could look like: Prioritizing various inbound leads and calls Preparing for and holding Design Consultations for leads qualified in your region and the subsequent follow up Strategically managing a pipeline of deals where sales cycles can be anywhere from a few days to a few months to a few years Holding anywhere from 20-40 calls per day either on qualified deals in your pipeline or qualifying leads in your region Updating your CRM deal pipeline so all items are up to date and accurate: amount, close date, notes Attending management meetings and providing strategic feedback on what systems we can continue to improve Attend sales enablement training and continuing education Location: Remote Reports to: Head of Sales Direct Reports: N/A Primary Areas of Responsibilities: Embrace a consultative approach to selling Buckley Fence, a revolutionary and premium product, in the US & Canada Responsible for end-to-end sales of Buckley Fence's premium products across all buyers in your specific region Will be responsible for both incoming leads and eventually outbound lead generation via a personalized business development strategy within your territory Be a strong cross functional partner and team member Work with our Business Development Representative to follow up in a timely manner on leads qualified in your region Work with Customer Success on the post-sale handoff to increase customer satisfaction and retention, specifically regarding invoicing, installation, and any post-sale inquiries. Participate fully in Sales Enablement coaching and training to ensure you have all the tools to effectively optimize your impact Present, promote and sell products using exceptional verbal communication & acumen, professional written correspondence, a positive attitude, and customer service.
