Job Summary
The Sales, Support and Services (S3) Academy is a 2-year global
development program for Early-In Career talent who aspire to become
the next generation of NetApp Leaders, Sales Professionals and
Technical Pioneers. The S3 Academy focuses on helping top talent
reach their full potential by providing an initial 90-day training
program. The training immerses participants in the software,
systems and cloud technologies that are helping shape the world
today and tomorrow. We invest heavily in new talent. Your energy
and fresh ideas are vital to cementing our position as a

Responsibilities:
-Prospect and develop leads
-Perform outbound cold calling to generate leads
-Responsible for making 70+ calls per day
-Qualify opportunities and pass off to appropriate team member
-Responsible for building sales/lead pipeline by meeting &
exceeding lead generation (SAL) quotas
-Create and maintain a database of contacts of current and future
customers
-Provide follow up on demand-generation activities
-Establish account presence and build trust with key contacts
-Analyze customer needs in terms of current business obstacles,
identifying opportunities and scoping potential for NetApp
products
-Present and articulate product features, benefits
-Integrate with both inside and field sales reps to maximize
prospect potential
Job Requirements
-Energetic, upbeat, tenacious team player
-Excellent written skills, oral skills, phone skills
-Demonstrated track record at achieving measurable goals in a
fast-pace environment
-Prior objection handling experience
-Outstanding relationship building skills with a high degree of
responsiveness and integrity
-Able to learn and understand product solutions and features
Experience
This is an entry-level position, typically having 0 - 3 years of
relevant industry experience.

USA Residents Only: The base salary hiring wage range for this
position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to
pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or
locations, is $39,960 - $48,840. Final compensation will be
dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate
such as geographical location, candidate qualifications,
certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education,
skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors,
consistent with applicable law. In addition, the position may
include some of the following comprehensive benefits such Medical,
Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid Time off (PTO), sick time, leave
of absence as per the FMLA and other relevant leave laws, Company
bonus/commission, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted
stocks (RSU's).
