Marketing Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Director of Marketing in implementing and executing a variety of marketing projects and activities. Position requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational abilities, an ability to work independently, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced atmosphere.



Responsibilities:


Provide general support to the marketing department including planning, project execution, and reporting/analysis


Create and optimize of sales presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, and facilitate presentation practice sessions


Maintain collateral materials


Write internal and external-facing email communications


Coordinate internal trainings including live and online meetings


Support event coordination, including possible trade show attendance


Provide additional marketing and administrative support as assigned by manager
