Job Description:
TruckPro, LLC, a leader in the heavy-duty truck and trailer
parts industry since 1958, is seeking a dynamic Account Manager /
Outside Sales professional to join our team. This individual will
be pivotal in expanding our market presence by leveraging in-depth
knowledge of the automotive sector and exceptional sales acumen to
drive business growth and maintain long-standing customer
relationships. Our commitment to quality and customer service
shapes our legacy, and we look for individuals who are passionate
about advancing within the transportation industry. Develop and
implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales
targets. Maintain and expand customer base by building and
maintaining rapport with key customers and identifying new customer
opportunities. Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to
customers and potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close
agreements to maximize profit. Ensure timely and successful
delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities
within territory. Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and
strategic direction of accounts. Proven ability to drive the sales
process from plan to close. Excellent listening, negotiation, and
presentation skills. Strong verbal and written communication
skills. Adept at operating in a fast-paced, competitive
environment. Proficiency with CRM software, MS Office, and sales

preferred. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
