yrs exp req. Compensation: $60,000 to $150,000—Unlimited field
sales and installation performance pay with guaranteed $30/hour.

Service Plumber (Residential or Journeyman) to be a founding
technical leader in the field. Yes, you will swap water heaters,

advising homeowners on solutions (including high-efficiency HPWH),
closing the sale, and executing the work to the highest standard.

and Master Plumber. Structured Training: We are committed to your

Just Plumbing: You aren't just a tradesman; you are a trusted home
advisor. You'll identify ways to make homes greener and more
comfortable, earning commissions on every sale. Autonomy: You drive
a fully stocked Service Van and manage your day with an iPad and
specialized tools. Your Mission Reporting to the General Manager
and Master Plumber, you are the face of the company in the
customer's home. Diagnose & Advise: Identify residential plumbing
issues and conduct diagnostics. Present the homeowner with clear
options for repair and improvement, specifically focusing on water
heating solutions and efficiency. Close the Sale: You are
responsible for the "Kitchen Table" conversation—explaining the
value, pricing the job correctly in ServiceTitan, and securing the
work. Execute to Standard: Perform the installation with precision,
ensuring code compliance and safety are never compromised.
Cross-Trade Vision: While in the home, you keep your eyes open. If
you see an uninsulated attic or an electrical panel needing an
upgrade, you generate leads for our other divisions. Role
Performance Metrics Field Sales / Personal Revenue: Consistently
hitting personal sales and installation revenue targets. Field
Install Quality: Maintaining a near-zero callback rate. We do it
right the first time. Tech Generated Leads: Identifying needs
outside of plumbing (e.g., Insulation, Electrical, Energy Audits)
and turning them over to the respective teams. Who We Are Looking

and Thorough. Licensure: Valid Colorado Residential Plumber (RP),
Journeyman Plumber (JP), or Master Plumber License. Trailblazer

Sales Aptitude: Comfortable discussing pricing and value with
homeowners. You don't shy away from the "sales" part of service
work. Technical Mastery: Strong understanding of residential
systems, troubleshooting, and current UPC/IPC codes. Tech Savvy:
Comfortable using an iPad and ServiceTitan for dispatching and
