Rate: Expected annual earnings of $125,000 - 200,000 annually;
blend of base salary plus commission on sales Position Details :
This Comfort Consultant role is designed for a versatile sales
professional who can confidently navigate both the residential and
commercial sides of the business. You'll blend in-home
consultations with B2B outreach, leveraging your commercial sales
experience to build strong business relationships while also
helping homeowners choose the right comfort solutions.
Responsibilities: Conducts in-home and commercial sales
consultations to assess comfort needs and preferences Recommending
products and solutions tailored to the customer's goals and budget
Building rapport and trust through professionalism, empathy, and
clear communication Preparing detailed proposals with pricing and
financing options Addressing customer questions and concerns
confidently Recording client interactions and progress in CRM
systems Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project
execution Staying up to date on products, technology, and industry
best practices Requirements: 2 years of in-home or consultative
sales experience is required Residential load calculation
experienced is preferred A strong interest in B2B sales the ability
to build and maintain professional relationships with commercial
clients Proficiency in computer-based systems and software such as
Excel, Word, PowerPoint Valid driver's license and insurable
driving record High school diploma or equivalent Team player who
enjoys a collaborative, people-first environment Strong
communication and time management skills
