Position Summary: The Investigative ADME, Toxicology and Bio-Analytical Research team focuses on drug discovery using innovative scientific approaches. We seek an experienced lab scientist to support and help develop our cross-site Investigative ADMET Laboratory capabilities, including playing a substantive role to design, build and deploy automation-friendly screening infrastructure. The candidate should have a passion and consistent track record for developing capacity enabling screening, mechanistic, investigative assays which deliver reliable results at the pace discovery research demands. Strong collaboration with ADMET Project Leaders, lab-based scientists and medicinal chemists is essential. This role requires excellent people and communication skills, a positive attitude, willingness and agility to learn, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. The successful candidate will also be eager to apply emerging techniques in AI, agentic agents and automation to their laboratory work and results. Responsibilities: Maintain Safety in the workplace as a primary priority Design, implement, and interpret in vitro ADME assays (metabolic stability, protein binding, reaction phenotyping, CYP inhibition/induction, transporter studies) Develop and validate novel assays to predict in vivo outcomes and address DDI assessments Generate data for PBPK modeling and collaborate with medicinal chemistry Operate LC-MS/MS instrumentation (Sciex/Shimatzu platforms) for quantitative/qualitative analysis Partner with CROs to design studies and interpret outsourced data Present findings, author technical reports Minimum Qualifications BS with 8 years similar experience) within the pharmaceutical sector or related field. The anticipated wage for this position is $72,000 - $213,400 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
