Job Description Job Description Apartment Maintenance Technician – Louisville, KY Pay: $20–$22 per hour, DOE Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch at noon) Career Strategies is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for a full-time opportunity in Louisville, KY . Responsibilities: Complete resident work orders and maintenance requests Perform plumbing, electrical, drywall, and general household repairs Assist with turnovers and preventative maintenance Maintain property appearance and ensure safety standards Work with onsite team to support residents and staff Requirements: Previous apartment or property maintenance experience preferred Skilled in plumbing, electrical, drywall, and general maintenance tasks HVAC knowledge or certification is a plus Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Strong communication and customer service skills ZrNLG Company Description At Career Strategies, candidates are at the core of everything we do.
