Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator (Part-Time) We are seeking a
highly motivated and experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator
with prior orthodontic assisting experience to join our team. This
position is perfect for an individual with exceptional people
skills, a strong grasp of financial principles, a history of great
teamwork and outstanding communication abilities. Key
Responsibilities: Patient Intake & Records: Manage all patient
onboarding, including paperwork, imaging, and records. Treatment
Education: Effectively educate patients and parents on various
treatment options available. Financial & Insurance Guidance:
Clearly explain insurance benefits and financing options. Care
Coordination: Seamlessly orchestrate the sequencing of patient
care. Orthodontic Assisting: Ability to step in when needed to
serve patients chairside. Required Qualifications & Attributes: A
proven track record of providing professional and caring customer
service. Strong cultural alignment with our organization's values
and mission. Clinical experience in orthodontics. Compensation:
