UCHealth, a leader in patient-centered care across Colorado, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our innovative Virtual ICU team. This position offers the unique opportunity to deliver high-quality care remotely, using state-of-the-art technology to monitor and assess ICU patients from a centralized location. As part of our dedicated team, you will play a crucial role in managing critical care patients by providing timely interventions and continuous surveillance. This role requires a strong foundation in critical care nursing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations. Monitor multiple ICU patients remotely, assessing their condition and analyzing critical data in real-time. Collaborate with onsite ICU teams to implement patient care plans and respond to emergencies. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with health care regulations. Participate in continuous educational training to stay current with the latest in critical care and telehealth technologies. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families. Proficient in the use of advanced clinical technologies for remote patient monitoring. Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with an ability to interpret complex medical information. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration. High level of proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado. Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) preferred, but not required.
