Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel
nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Wheatland,
Wyoming. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating

Travel Opportunity: /n RN - OR Inpatient /n/n Job Details: /n •
On-call requirement of 10 days per month /n• Rotating weekends and
holidays required /n• Consistent weekly work schedule available /n•
Must possess current, valid RN license in state of practice /n• BLS
certification required /n• Minimum of one year experience in acute
care hospital setting required /n• Experience must include working
in acute care setting within past 12 months as RN in specialty area
/n• Must maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to
work area /n• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document
nursing care in accordance with organizational policies /n• Provide
direct patient care including assessment of physical,
psychological, social, and spiritual needs /n• Formulate and
implement plans of care utilizing assessment data and patient input
/n• Delegate appropriately and provide nursing supervision to other
personnel /n• Document assessment, planning, implementation and
evaluation in patient records /n• Collaborate with
multidisciplinary healthcare team members /n• Physical demands
include ability to lift up to 75 pounds and use proper body
mechanics /n• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and
stretch frequently /n• Bachelor's degree and professional
