Job Description:
UCHealth is seeking an Associate Nurse Manager to join our
innovative team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional
leadership and operational management within our dynamic healthcare
environment, ensuring high standards of patient care and effective
resource utilization across multiple facilities. The Associate
Nurse Manager will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to
advance nursing practices, oversee clinical operations, and promote
a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the
nursing department. Manage daily operations of the nursing units
and coordinate clinical activities to ensure compliance with
protocols and overall patient care standards. Supervise, mentor,
and evaluate nursing staff to promote professional development and
high performance. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to
implement clinical programs and improve service delivery. Ensure
efficient resource allocation and manage budget compliance for
nursing departments. Monitor patient care for quality and adherence
to safety standards. Participate in recruitment, hiring, and
training of nursing personnel. Facilitate continuous education and
professional development opportunities for staff. Strong leadership
and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-paced
environment Proficient in healthcare management systems and
electronic health records Expertise in clinical operations and

Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
CPR certified Preferred: Nurse Manager certification (e.g., NE-BC
