Job Description Job Description Resident House Manager – Women’s
Sober Living Program Location: Fort Collins, Colorado Lighthouse is
a faith-based sober living / supportive recovery residence seeking
a compassionate and dependable Resident House Manager to live
on-site and support women in early recovery from substance use.
This role is central to fostering a safe, structured, Christian
home environment where women can experience healing and growth. Key
Responsibilities: Be present in the evenings and on weekends when
the office is closed to ensure safety and accountability Assist
with all aspects of Admissions & Intakes Ensure compliance with
program expectations, including: Household chores and
responsibilities Meeting attendance Supervision of urine specimen
collection for drug testing Curfew adherence Active job search or
employment Share God’s love with program participants through
encouragement & prayer partnership Maintain organizational systems
and accurate records Host a weekly house meeting with participants
Maintain and organize household food and supply inventory including
ordering & pickup Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years of age
Must be able to perform basic household tasks such as lawn mowing,
snow shoveling, house cleaning, vacuuming and mopping. Must be
capable of occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. If in recovery,
must have at least one year of continuous sobriety Commitment to
supporting women in recovery through a faith-based approach Strong
organizational and communication skills Basic computer skills,
including typing Professional, calm demeanor with the ability to
de-escalate should the need arise Dependability, consistency, and
compassion Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional
boundaries Experience in recovery support, peer mentoring, or
leadership preferred (not required) Ability to become CPR / First
Aid Certified and QMAP certified within 60 days of hire. Strong
preference for a driver’s license and clean driving record.
Compensation & Benefits: Free private room, utilities, and food
valued at $18,000 per year (This in-kind income is non-taxable.)
Monthly stipend for full time employee of $1,200–$2,000 DOE (This
monthly stipend is taxable.) 80 hours paid time off that accrues
annually Retirement savings account available for pre-tax

of women in recovery This is a live-in position offering both
stability and purpose. The Resident House Manager is a role model
of a sober lifestyle, and plays a vital part in supporting women as
they pursue long-term recovery and independence.
